Wedding Music Prices

Wedding music prices are made up from a selection of packages with lots of options to suit your needs and budget. First of all though, two important points explained:
Special Request
A special request is a piece of music that is NOT on my Sampler CD. After listening to the samples, you can decide if you want a wedding music package with a request or not.
A special request involves more time in preparation so it costs extra.
Rates
I charge a flat rate for the ceremony, as it's often impossible to guage exactly how long it will take. So for instance, if the bride is running late, I'll continue playing the prelude music and stay for the duration of the ceremony. This will be at no extra cost (excluding exceptional circumstances).
I then charge by the hour for canapes / pre-dinner drinks and for the reception.

- $25 per hour if time gap in-between ceremony and canapes / drinks OR wedding reception

- perform for duration of wedding ceremony
- perform 1 hour for canapes / pre-dinner drinks OR at the wedding reception
- 1 musical request not on Sampler CD
- $25 per hour if time gap in-between ceremony and canapes / drinks OR wedding reception
- $485

Reception (no request)
- music from Sampler CD only
- $280 for the 1st hour
- $85 for each hour thereafter

Travel Costs
If the location of your venue is NOT an inner suburb of Melbourne, extra traveling costs may apply (at a reasonable rate).
Special Requests
If sheet music arranged for harp is available, you may be asked to supply or cover its purchase price. Please note that some musical pieces are not suitable for the harp.
Time Gap
If you want me to play for the ceremony AND the canapes / pre-dinner drinks or reception and I have to wait around because there is a time gap in-between, an extra charge of $25 per hour will apply.
