Wedding March
The wedding march, also known as the bridal march or wedding procession, is probably the most important piece of music you'll have to choose. This music will herald your appearance as well as walk you down the aisle.
When choosing wedding music for the procession, you should make sure that the piece is slow enough to walk to. A good way to work this out is to practice walking to it at home before making any decisions.
Celtic marches work really well for the wedding march because they are made up of 8 bar strains. This allows the music to stop playing during a number of points in the piece without it seeming abrupt.
Pachelbels Canon - here's a sample to listen to. I've found it to be the most popular tune for this section.
