Romantic Wedding Music

Romantic wedding music performed on harp will add that special extra touch to your wedding or special occasion. This page lets you know the process for booking me, which is basically the same for wedding and non-wedding events.

Contact Me
You can either phone or email me by filling out the form on my Contact Page.  On this form you can state whether you prefer contact by phone or email.

Once we've talked I'll send you a Free Sampler CD with a booking form and a music selection form.

Booking Form
When you've had a listen to my romantic wedding music, you can then decide on a Wedding Package.

As soon as you've sent back the booking form, I'll pencil you into my diary.  In the meantime, if anyone else asks for that date I'll contact you to give you first option.

Deposit / Booking Fee
I'll then send you an invoice so that you can pay the deposit / booking fee to secure your booking. This is $100 and is non-refundable, however, all amounts paid AFTER this fee will be refunded in full should you cancel.

Payments
Payments can be made by cheque, mail order or direct deposit into my bank account, (the invoice has my bank details.) The balance is due one month before the wedding, but I'll send you a reminder closer to the time if you haven't paid by then.

Music Selections
You can email or post the music selection form anytime from up to one week before the wedding. But if you've chosen to have a special request, please give me enough time to prepare it.

Duration of Performance
Wedding ceremonies are nearly impossible to gauge the time it will take, so I charge a flat fee to stay for the entire duration. (Exeptions in extreme cases apply.)

For all other events, including wedding receptions, my fees are based on hourly rates and are for the time you book me to be there, not for how long you ask me to play.
